Privacy, in plain language.
e-advent stores account details, countdown content and purchase records to provide your workspace and calendars. Supabase provides account, database and artwork storage; Vercel hosts this service. Stripe processes payments. When you request AI assistance, your brief and selected context are sent to the configured AI provider.
Competition entries
The organisation running a calendar is responsible for its competition, privacy information and use of entrant details. We store entries for that organiser. Entering a competition does not subscribe you to marketing. Any promotional permission is separate and optional.
Public and private content
Draft calendar content is private to its authorised editors. Published artwork is publicly accessible. Locked window content is withheld until its opening time. Do not upload confidential information as public artwork.
Reference photos and PDF brand guides are stored separately in private storage for the calendar owner and assigned creator. Selected photo references are sent to the AI provider when you request AI artwork. Website-style import reads public webpages and saves colour and font suggestions for your review. Reference files are not published with the calendar automatically.
Cookies and analytics
Account cookies are used for sign-in. Basic calendar activity uses a random browser-session identifier to count interactions. We do not add advertising trackers. Free unsigned drafts are kept in this browser’s local storage. Reference files for these drafts stay in this browser’s IndexedDB until you save the draft to an account.
Retention and requests
The initial purchase provides 12 months of calendar hosting and 12 months of workspace access. Organisers should export needed records and remove unnecessary personal data. Account holders can request deletion or export through the workspace operator. A full operator contact and retention schedule must be confirmed before general commercial launch.
Last updated 5 October 2026. This is the initial service notice for the pilot; organiser-specific competition notices remain necessary.
